Refund policy

We have strict no return or refund policy, which means once you order an item and we begin to process the item, you can no longer get your money back. However, we do accept exchanges of equal value and you can cancel your order before it is processed (this is advised   to do immediately after ordering).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the shipping and handling company or us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue with the shipping and handling company that handles the package. We ensure that our products are 100% non-damaged when shipped. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
